Cash Out is a poker bankroll and home-game tracker. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Account info — your email, display name, and first and last name, provided when you create an account.
- Gameplay data — the poker sessions you create or join, buy-ins, cash-outs, results, and the statistics derived from them.
- Friends — friend connections and game invitations you send or accept.
- Device tokens — if you enable push notifications, an Apple-issued device token so we can notify you of invites and friend requests. It contains no personal information.
What we do not collect
We do not collect real money, payment details, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. Cash Out tracks games for fun and record-keeping; no real-money wagering is processed through the app.
How we use it
Your data is used only to operate the app: to run your games, compute your stats and head-to-head records, connect you with friends, and send the notifications you opt into. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account in the app. When you do, we permanently remove your personal information — your email, name, and profile — and revoke your sign-in and push-notification tokens.
Shared game records (the sessions you played in with others) are kept in anonymized form so that the other players' history stays intact, but they no longer identify you.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. After deletion, your personal information is anonymized as described above.
Minors
Cash Out is rated 18+ and is not directed to anyone under 18. Our Terms of Service require you to be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and will delete such data if we become aware of it.
